My favourite Mexican restaurant on Earth is Diego’s at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Beyond the food and amazing service, the best thing Diego’s has is their house margaritas. They are simple, delicious, and come in a generous pitcher size to boot. I’ve never had a trip to Vegas where there wasn’t at least one stop here - and this past January, the manager treated my buddy Bryan and I do drinks and tacos on la casa!
